BHRT Member Login - Frequently Asked Questions
If you are having difficulty logging in to our site or purchasing access to one of our Seminars, please review the following list for possible solutions:
| (1) | If you do not remember your password, simply enter your email address in the
appropriate place and click the button that says "Send Password Reminder to Email" An email with your password will be sent to you immediately. |
| (2) | Just above the Login button, there is an area that says Choose Seminar: By clicking the small arrow to the right, you can choose: BHRT Summit I or BHRT Summit II or BHRT Classic Edition Please confirm that the correct Seminar is selected before clicking the Login button. |
| (3) | If you attempted to purchase access but the payment did not complete successfully,
an account was still created on our system with your name and address details.
You also received an email with your new account password. To complete your purchase, simply logon to the membership area using your password and continue the purchase process. If you are not sure if your purchase was successful, you can check your credit card statement on-line to see if a charge appears from Paypal for the Center for BHRT Information. If you are still not sure, contact us and we can confirm that we did or did not receive your payment. |
